March '08 Contest #2

For this contest you get to design a new background for this website! The background is the multicolored part we have around the very outside borders of the webpage. It doesn't take up much space, but we will also change the color scheme of the board to match the winning background. Please don't include any photos of people or animals in the backgrounds, but anything else appropriate is acceptable (Stripes, sparkles, anything; be creative!). Please submit your design as a 300 x 300 pixel square. All entries must be PMed to me by April 20th.
